BIO
For more than thirty years, Dennis Wile has traveled and photographed
extensively in the U.S., Europe, Mexico, and Canada; producing
a diverse body of work which includes street scenes, still
lifes and nudes, in addition to the portraiture for which
he is primarily known.
Following his graduation from Vanderbilt University in 1969,
Wile studied photography at L'Université de Luminy - Marseille,
France.
Wile has done many assignments for major corporations, and
his work has appeared in such publications as Vogue Hommes,
The New York Times, GQ, and National Geographic Traveler.
Wile's photography is featured in the collections of corporate
and public institutions, including Hospital Corporation of
America, Willis Corroon Corporation, the Smithsonian Institution,
Bell South Corporation, La Bibliothèque Nationale de France,
and The United States Senate.
